Guadeloupe: chiens chats, misère et assassinats de ces animaux+pétition.

Il existe un département français qui, avec les animaux, est encore au niveau zéro de l'évolution. Dans ce département, les chiens meurent litteralement de faim sous vos yeux.

ET quand la faim et la soif ne frappent pas assez vite, les empoisonnements,ou même des sévices atroces, en viennent à bout. Les chiens, en particulier, y sont considérés très mal.et il n'est pas rare de les voir écrasés sur le bas côté de la route, car ils sont parfois visés par des automobilistes.

Et les propriétaires de chiens les laissent engrosser les chiennes créoles(nom générique de tout chien abandonné) qui vont mettre au monde des malheureux...en surnombre.

Il n'y a même pas un refuge en Guadeloupe.Aidez les rares bonnes volontés de l'île à se préoccuper de ce triste problème. Comment?
