如你所知，社会化媒体组＃停止玉林2015的成员们包括我，好几个月 一直写信给你, 习主席和玉林市的几个部门

我请求你干预的逻辑原因很简单。
        
节日是以腐败为基础，清除腐败一直是你在中国境内的一个工作重点。由 于中国没有任何肉狗饲养场，据广泛报道，几乎所有玉林节日吃的狗都是 偷来的心爱的家庭宠物。这难道不是腐败的一个明显的例子？偷别人的财 产不犯中国法律吗？

据第三章第五节，中国宪法第100条，它规定：

直辖市334政府及其常委会省市的人民代表大会通过的地方性法规，它 不能违反宪法和法律，行政法规和规章，并此类地方性法规,必须在全国 人大常委会人民代表大会备案。

根据中国宪法，第2章，第39条：
 
第39条, 家不可侵犯
中国人民共和国公民的住宅不受侵犯。禁止非法搜查或者非法侵入公民的 住宅。

由于狗是从公民的住宅里被盗，并在玉林节日期间卖，玉林是不是违反第 三章第五节，中国宪法第100条?因为他们允许第39条被打破？这难 道不是使节日违宪？
 
在节日期间被宰杀的动物没有正确隔离，而根据农业部在2013年发行 的规定，检疫证书是必需的。一证书成本在200和300元之间，并且 仅适用于一只狗或猫，大量的动物证书费会很高昂。该屠宰场拒绝守法， 因为这将减少他们的盈利。正规的检疫证书将不会在节日期间交给政府官 员，这不意味着中国的刑事法律正在被打破？
